Construction of drain and rehabilitation of existing road on Asia Poultry Feed Road in Multan Industrial Estate including complete civil works drainage system development road restoration and associated infrastructure works - bidding will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-4 or above with specialized codes CE01 CE09 and CE10 and submit technical and financial bids electronically - bid security amounting to 1644609 rupees which is 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted in form of bank guarantee CDR bank draft or pay order with scanned upload and original submission before deadline - bids must be submitted by 19-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on same day in presence of bidders representatives - incomplete or non compliant bids will be rejected and performance requirements will apply as per rules. Pro Tip: Ensure PEC registration compliance and timely submission of original bid security to avoid rejection.
