Description
Procurement of hospital linen including hospital linen for PKLI and RC CSSD and OT linen for PKLI and RC and hospital linen for PKLI Rawalpindi under tender PRO/43/2026 dated 22-04-2026 with estimated amounts of PKR 9464950 PKR 5134150 and PKR 9384683 respectively and bid securities of 2 percent amounting to PKR 189299 PKR 102683 and PKR 187694 for each lot - procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS - bidding documents available free of cost from PKLI website PPRA and EPADS portals - bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 20-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders representatives at PKLI Lahore - original bid security in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order must be submitted at mail section ground floor package A One PKLI Avenue opposite DHA Phase 6 Knowledge City Lahore before closing time otherwise bid will be rejected - pre bid meeting will be held on 07-05-2026 at 11:00 AM at Supply Chain Department PKLI Lahore - bid validity is 180 days and all procurement procedures governed by PPRA Rules 2014.
