Description
Procurement of IT equipment stationery and other items for Project Management Unit of Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department with estimated cost PKR 12000000 - procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 via EPADS - bidders must be registered with EPADS and relevant tax authorities and must submit bid security of 2% of estimated cost with technical proposal and original submission before opening - bids must be submitted online by 15-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 12:00 noon same day in presence of bidders representatives - bid validity is 180 days and corrupt unreadable or incorrectly submitted bids will be rejected - procurement governed by PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and no hard copies of bids required.
