Construction of rooms for Faisal Abbas Supervisor Revenue Branch Commercial Market under WASA Rawalpindi with estimated cost PKR 1281600 and completion period 60 days - procurement through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be PEC registered contractors in relevant category and registered with EPADS FBR and PRA with active taxpayer status for financial year 2025-26 - bid security 5% of estimated cost to be uploaded on EPADS and original CDR must be submitted before closing time otherwise bid will be rejected - bids must be submitted by 19-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM same day - manual bids not acceptable and all applicable taxes to be borne by contractor.
