Laying of soling at Chak No 152 NB Tehsil Sillanwali District Sargodha with estimated cost PKR 2500000 and earnest money 5% - procurement through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PLGW Rules 2017 - bidders must be registered with PEC EPADS and tax authorities and must upload bid security and submit original CDR before opening - bids must be submitted by 20-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM same day at District Council Sargodha - additional performance security applicable if bid exceeds 5% threshold and fake documents will result in blacklisting.
