Framework contract for local purchase of medicines surgical and disposable items including SSP medicines and zakat medicines with estimated costs PKR 11000000 and PKR 2000000 respectively and bid security 2% of estimated cost - procurement through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered companies with NTN GST and valid drug sale license where applicable - bids must be submitted by 18-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM same day at DHQ Hospital Okara - separate bids required for different categories and bids must include maximum discount from retail price - only online bids accepted and late submissions will be rejected.
