Electronic bids are invited for procurement of Customized Leather Bags along with Budget Kits for Packing of Budget 2026-2027 including complete package consisting of Customized Leather Bags with foil embossing black quantity 600 bags Customized Leather Folder with Integrated writing Pad including compartments for a USB drive and Pen quantity 600 numbers HP 32 GB USB Flash Drive with Customized Laser Engraving quantity 600 units and Premium Quality Writing Pen quantity 600 units with delivery timeline within 1 to 10 business days following the date of effectiveness of the contract and after issuance of final purchase order with fixed bid security amount PKR 560000 and corresponding bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated value in the form of Pay Order Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity period to be issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of Section Officer CTC Finance Department Government of Sindh procurement to be conducted through open national competitive bidding process under single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 46(1) read with Rule 15(b) of SPP Rules 2010 amended to date bids must be submitted on complete package basis and contract shall be awarded to most advantageous bid subject to fulfillment of qualification criteria bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and professional bodies and must have adequate operational capacity and after sales support office in Karachi bids must be submitted electronically through Sindh EPADS portal portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk only by 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM physical bids will not be accepted bids will be opened publicly on same day at 12:00 noon in presence of bidders or their representatives original bid security must be submitted physically in sealed envelope before bid opening time along with scanned copy uploaded with electronic bid bids shall remain valid for 90 days procuring agency reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel process at any stage under SPP Rules 2010.
