E bids are invited from well reputed companies suppliers firms authorized distributors and general order suppliers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of remaining lots under ADP scheme correctional facilities revamping program one at central jail under following lots lot IV kitchen machinery and equipment including automatic peeler vegetable slicer heavy duty food blender dough mixer 120 kg heavy duty mincer rice washer roti plant tandoor exhaust hood canopy and scales platform estimated cost Rs 3197710 bid security Rs 65000 lot V miscellaneous articles for kitchen including SS working table SS trash hole table SS pot and pan sink sorting table pre wash soak sink SS hand wash sink storage racks 4 layer food distribution trolley ingredients trolley basket trolley and bin refuse estimated cost Rs 3778040 bid security Rs 76000 lot VI firefighting system estimated cost Rs 315710 bid security Rs 6500 bidders must submit bids online on EPADS on or before 13-05-2026 at 11:00 AM bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders hard copy not accepted single stage two envelope procedure will be adopted original bid security must be submitted separately in form of CDR demand draft or pay order pre bid meeting will be held on 07-05-2026 at 11:00 AM bid validity 180 days performance guarantee 5 percent applicable procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 amended
