Electronic bids are invited through single stage single envelope procedure from eligible engineering firms contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having CE 04 code and enlisted with irrigation department for providing stone pitching to protect sharp turns of FCC 186 damaged during flood season 2025 at RD 32+000 to RD 33+500 estimated cost Rs 59340634 bid security Rs 2966500 completion period 20-06-2026 bidders must be registered on EPADS and PPRA website bidding documents available free of cost on EPADS and PPRA website bidders must upload bid security in form of CDR or bank guarantee and submit original before opening deadline bids must be submitted on EPADS by 13-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders manual bids not accepted lowest bidder shall deposit quality assurance security 10 percent of bid amount payment based on actual work done subject to availability of funds procurement governed under PPRA Rules 2014 amended
