Description
sealed bids are invited under single stage two envelope procedure on national competitive bidding basis for procurement of sf6 gas cylinders according to iec 60376 specifications capacity 50 kg total quantity 4000 kg bidders must be registered with income tax sales tax and active taxpayers list of federal board of revenue and registered with pakistan engineering council bid security amounting to 1000000 in the form of call deposit or bank guarantee from scheduled bank valid up to twenty eight days beyond bid validity must be submitted bids must be submitted through epads on or before 21-05-2026 before 11:00 hours and technical bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on same day in presence of bidders representatives procurement governed under public procurement rules 2004 and bids submitted late or without security will be rejected
