electronic bids are invited from well reputed firms for procurement under framework contract of lab kits reagents chemicals and consumables as per detailed list procurement shall be conducted in accordance with punjab procurement rules 2014 bidders must submit 2 percent bid security of estimated cost in form of call deposit receipt or bank guarantee original bid security must be submitted at least 30 minutes prior to opening time bids must be submitted electronically via epads portal closing date 14-05-2026 at 10:30 am and opening at 11:00 am same day procurement agency reserves right to cancel process at any stage or modify quantities as per availability of funds bids without required security will be rejected
