request for proposals invited for procurement supply installation commissioning and maintenance of neurophysiology diagnostic equipment package no 45 on dap basis estimated cost 8.34 million bid security 175000 bid validity 180 days procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under ppra rules 2014 amended bidders must submit technical and financial proposals through epads on or before 18-05-2026 no later than 03:30 pm technical proposals will be opened on same day at 04:00 pm proposals must comply with all requirements specifications and conditions provided in rfp document manual bids will not be accepted
