request for proposals invited for procurement supply installation commissioning and maintenance of biomedical workshop equipment package no 48 on ddp basis estimated cost 800000 bid security 20000 bid validity 180 days procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under ppra rules 2014 amended bidders must submit proposals through epads on or before 13-05-2026 no later than 02:30 pm technical proposals will be opened same day at 03:00 pm proposals must include all required documentation and comply with rfp requirements manual bids will not be accepted
