request for proposals invited for procurement supply installation commissioning and maintenance of general medical equipment package no 17 lot b on ddp basis estimated cost 28 million bid security 600000 bid validity 180 days procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure under ppra rules 2014 amended bidders must submit proposals through epads on or before 14-05-2026 no later than 02:30 pm technical proposals will be opened same day at 03:00 pm proposals must comply with all requirements specifications and conditions in rfp document manual bids will not be accepted
