Procurement of equipment including Handheld Devices with OTG Connect Kit quantity 21 - Biometric Devices quantity 96 - Bluetooth Printers along with 50 rolls each quantity 75 - bidding shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure - e bidding documents containing detailed terms conditions specifications and requirements are available for registered bidders on EPADS - electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 18 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM - manual bids will not be accepted - hard copy of bid security in original must be submitted before deadline otherwise bid will not be accepted - eligibility requires bidders registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and active on ATL of FBR - procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004 Pro Tip Ensure timely submission of both electronic bid and original bid security to avoid disqualification
