Framework contract for supply of goods including fresh ration items and medicines for Wildlife Park Changa Manga District Kasur and Wildlife Park Jallo Lahore on package lot wise basis with estimated values including fresh ration Rs 8.164 million and medicines Rs 2.602 million for Changa Manga and fresh ration Rs 53.721 million and medicines Rs 5.486 million for Jallo - bidding through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure - bids must be submitted electronically with 5 percent bid security in form of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order and opened electronically on same day as per schedule - submission deadlines 19 May 2026 at 11:00 AM for Changa Manga packages and 12:00 PM for Jallo packages with opening times at 12:00 PM 12:30 PM 01:00 PM and 01:30 PM respectively - eligibility requires firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax and PRA - bid validity 120 days and bidders may attend opening at office of Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger Lahore Region Pro Tip Ensure correct package wise submission and valid bid security for each lot
