Construction related work including providing and installation of passenger lift 3 stops 1000 KG under ADP No 2954 2025 26 with estimated cost Rs 16300000 and earnest money Rs 815000 - bidding through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using e tendering system - bids must be submitted electronically by 20 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM at Commissioner Office Faisalabad - bidders must upload rates against each item based on BOQ and submit original bid security in form of CDR bank draft or pay order before deadline - eligibility requires PEC registration in relevant category with specialization code ME03 and authorized dealership certificate of international elevator brands such as Doppler Mitsubishi Schindler Orona IMEM Sodimas Kone Thyson or equivalent with embassy authentication - conditional bids and bids without 5 percent bid security will be rejected - contractors must submit original CDR and power of attorney before deadline - completion period 03 months Pro Tip Ensure submission of valid dealership certificates and original bid security before deadline to qualify
