Framework Contract Dental Implants Procurement Tender Notice

e-Bids are invited from interested eligible bidders registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for framework contract procurement of dental implants for financial year 2025 2026 and 2026 2027 - procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 - bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms conditions are available on EPADS and PPRA websites - e-Bids must be submitted online through EPADS on or before 18 05 2026 at 10 00 hours and will be opened on the same day at 10 30 hours in presence of bidders representatives - bid security is 2 percent of estimated cost of package - bid validity is 180 days from date of opening - late bids shall be rejected and hard copies are not required - bidders are responsible for timely submission and any technical or internet failure shall not be responsibility of procuring agency - in case of official holiday next working day will be considered - procurement officer available for queries before bid opening during working hours
