E-Bids invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS on single stage two envelope basis for procurement of repair and maintenance items for garbage containers - national competitive bidding open to manufacturers firms companies and authorized distributors registered with income tax department - bidding documents available on PPRA Punjab and EPADS free of cost - bids must be submitted online through EPADS on or before 18 05 2026 at 11 00 hours and will be opened on same day at 11 30 hours - original bid security required to be submitted in hard form before deadline - technical bids will be opened first through EPADS in presence of bidders representatives - procurement governed under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a)
