E-Tender invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS on single stage two envelope basis for construction works under scheme establishment of command and control centers and 24 7 operational bases including construction of command and control center sub divisional level 02 number estimated cost 20.382 million earnest money 0.408 million construction of command and control center block level 07 number estimated cost 51.358 million earnest money 1.028 million and construction of forest check post transit rules 410 sft 01 number estimated cost 2.225 million earnest money 0.045 million - bidders must be PEC registered for 2025-26 in relevant category - bid security 2 percent required in form of CDR - technical and financial bids submission through EPADS by 19 05 2026 at 11 00 AM and opening at 11 30 AM - financial bids to be opened after evaluation - performance guarantee 10 percent required under PPRA Rule 56 - incomplete or percentage based bids declared non responsive - PPRA rules applicable
