Commercial Shop Rental Auction Monthly Lease Tender Notice

Public auction notice for rental of one shop number 2 owned by the board with monthly rent bidding starting from Rs 23000 per month and highest bidder will be accepted under given terms and conditions - Secretary has authority under PPRA Rules 2014 to reject all bids and in case of rejection bidders will be informed under Rule 35.2 and cannot challenge in any court - lease period from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027 on monthly rent basis - interested bidders must bring call deposit of Rs 50000 in favor of Secretary deposited in UBL - successful bidder must deposit minimum 04 months advance rent - contract period one year extendable for further 02 years based on good performance with 10 percent annual increase - auction will be held on 20 05 2026 at 11 00 AM - interested persons may obtain terms and conditions and further information from Estate Branch office during office hours 08 00 AM to 03 00 PM - all taxes imposed by Government of Pakistan or Punjab will be responsibility of contractor - blacklisted persons or firms from any institution including board are not eligible - tender documents and conditions can be obtained after publication by depositing non refundable fee Rs 5000 through bank challan in UBL board campus till 19 05 2026 otherwise participation not allowed - successful bidder must execute agreement on stamp paper within 03 days
