E-bids invited for procurement of stationery printing and publication cost of other stores computer machinery repair of IT equipment purchase of IT equipment plant and other items on item rate basis under PPRA Rules - estimated cost approximately Rs 8.67 million - single stage one envelope procedure under Rule 38(1) - bid security 3% of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favor of District and Sessions Judge Toba Tek Singh - bids must be submitted via EPADS by 19-05-2026 till 11:00 AM and will be opened same day at 11:30 AM - original CDR must be submitted one hour before opening otherwise bid will be disqualified - incomplete or late bids will not be accepted Pro Tip: Ensure timely submission of both scanned and original CDR before opening time to avoid disqualification.
