Pre qualification notice for general contractor under tender 2026 PQ 33 for engineering procurement construction including design procurement supply installation testing and commissioning of steel framed building and infrastructure works including civil architectural plumbing electrical mechanical fire fighting and external development works - estimated cost approximately 2433 million PKR with covered area approximately 159403 square feet - required PEC category C B or above for lead member and C 3 or above for JV member - procurement under PPRA Rules 2014 amended - proposals must be submitted through EPADS on or before 20-05-2026 at 03:00 PM and will be opened at 03:30 PM same day - manual submissions not allowed
