Invites tenders on item rate basis through EPADS under single stage two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 for development works - estimated cost 6592365 PKR with bid security 329618 PKR - required PEC category C 6 and above - bids must be submitted through EPADS by 18-05-2026 at 09:30 AM and will be opened at 10:00 AM same day - original bid security must be submitted before deadline otherwise bid will be rejected - only technical proposals will be opened initially followed by financial proposals of responsive bidders - conditional bids will not be accepted
