Invites e bids from manufacturers sole agents and sole importers registered on EPADS and with relevant tax authorities for framework contract for procurement of drugs and medicines for year 2026-27 under single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended - bid security 2 percent of estimated cost for each quoted item or lot in shape of bank draft bank guarantee call deposit receipt demand draft pay order or bankers cheque to be submitted with technical proposal and original before opening - bids must be submitted online on EPADS by 23-05-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened at 10:30 AM same day in presence of bidders representatives - bidding documents including list of items specifications and terms available on PPRA EPADS and health department websites - bid validity 180 days and bidders must not be blacklisted - documents must be properly indexed signed stamped and submitted as per evaluation criteria and procurement governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Procurement Regulations 2024
