Procurement Of Solar Setup Tender Notice

Description

The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) is an independent regulatory body, established under the PHC Act, 2010. The PHC invites sealed bids for the Procurement of Solar Setup from eligible Bidders i.e. firms/companies/suppliers engaged in said supplies, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/ Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc). The Bids shall be received online as per Single Stage One Envelopes procedures, through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Tender No. 30/2025-26/Solar Setup (25 KW Hybrid System). Estimated Cost (including all applicable Taxes) 5,000,000 PKR. Bid Security 2% amounting to 100,000 PKR. Bid submission till 20 May 2026 at 14:00 Hours. Bid opening on 20 May 2026 at 14:30 Hours. Bids must be submitted online to the PHC through EPADS on or before 20-05-2026 at 14:00 Hours. The original Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/ Unconditional Bank Guarantee/ Demand Draft / Pay Order, shall be delivered to the PHC before the closing time. Late Bids shall not be accepted by the online system. The Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 Hours through EPADS, in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who may choose to be present at the address below. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Punjab Healthcare Commission at the address given below from 05-05-2026 to 19-05-2026, 09:00 to 17:00 hours. Bid Validity will be 120 days. Bidding Documents are immediately available after date of publication. The Punjab Healthcare Commission will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to enhance or reduce the quantity/requirement and also reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. In case of official holiday on the day of submission, next day will be treated as closing date. The Bidding document carrying all details can be downloaded from website of Punjab Healthcare Commission www.phc.org.pk and website of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and EPADS.
