Request for Proposal for procurement for supply installation commissioning and maintenance of neurophysiology diagnostic equipment package number 45 on DAP basis. Applicable rules PPRA Rules 2014. Estimated cost 8.34 million PKR. Bid Security 175,000 PKR. Bid validity 180 days. Open competitive bidding method. Single stage two envelope procedure. Proposals must be submitted through EPADS on or before 18 May 2026 at 03:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on same day at 04:00 PM. Manual bids not accepted.
