Procurement Of Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders bids on item wise basis are invited from firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for procurement of laboratory equipment international for central research lab under single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated price 228.544 million PKR. Procurement will be made on C&F basis in USD or DDP basis in PKR and vendors must quote both modes. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated price in form of CDR Bank Draft Pay Order in favour of Treasurer must be submitted before closing date otherwise bid will be rejected. Bids without supporting documents valid evidence or not conforming to terms will be rejected. No supporting document will be accepted after opening of technical bids. Late bids or bids without required bid security shall be rejected. Closing date 10-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opening on same day at 11:30 AM.
