Supply of food hampers under framework contract including provision of approximately 10000 hampers at specified unit cost with delivery capacity of 2000 hampers per day as required for financial year 2026-27 - procurement conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit electronic bids with 2 percent bid security in acceptable financial instruments and original submission required before deadline - samples of items must be submitted before closing and bids will be opened on same day Pro Tip Submit required samples and ensure compliance with bid security and documentation requirements to avoid rejection
