Prequalification of firms for provision of relief goods equipment and services including food hampers cooked food transport services boats tent services sound systems lighting generators animal fodder plastic mats bedding mosquito nets drinking water flour fruit hampers and dry fruit hampers under disaster management operations for financial year 2026-27 - procurement conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014 - bidders must be registered with tax authorities and submit prequalification documents electronically within specified schedule - only prequalified firms will be eligible for further bidding and required to submit bid security per lot - evaluation based on experience and compliance with requirements Pro Tip Ensure submission of complete prequalification documents and relevant experience details to qualify for subsequent bidding process
