Description
Development of 40 MW firm capacity power project at Gwadar including requirement for reliable electricity supply for maritime logistics industrial and urban infrastructure with capability to operate in grid synchronized and island modes for a term of 15 years - project allows power generation solutions including renewable energy thermal generation energy storage systems hybrid configurations or other proven technologies subject to compliance with performance reliability environmental and grid code requirements - procurement conducted through prequalification process where prospective investors developers must submit Statements of Qualification in accordance with Request for Qualification document - RFQ document available upon payment of registration fee through specified payment methods and only registered applicants with authority are eligible to submit proposals - evaluation will be based on qualification criteria and only prequalified bidders will be issued Request for Proposal - submissions must be complete and compliant with RFQ requirements and any amendments will be published on official website Pro Tip Ensure timely registration payment and submission of complete qualification documents in accordance with RFQ requirements to qualify for subsequent bidding stage
