Fresh Ration Items Wildlife Parks Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procure fresh ration items including foods and goods for wildlife parks and breeding centres including - Wildlife Park Kamalia District Toba Tek Singh - Wildlife Park Bhagat District Toba Tek Singh - Wildlife Breeding Centre Jhang - Wildlife Breeding Centre Gatwala District Faisalabad under framework contract ensuring supply of food items for animals and operational needs. Bids are invited through e-procurement system using single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 requiring submission of technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost must be provided in the form of Call Deposit Receipt issued from scheduled bank and original CDR must be submitted before opening time. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS and opened electronically at specified time in presence of bidders. Eligibility includes registration with e-PADS PPRA FBR PRA and valid licenses including food authority where applicable and relevant trading experience. Bid validity is 120 days from opening date.
