Framework contract for procurement of drugs and medicines for financial year 2026-27 including supply of pharmaceutical products by manufacturers or authorized agents. Procurement follows single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA rules requiring submission of technical and financial proposals through EPADS. Bid security up to 2 percent of estimated cost must be submitted with original before opening. Bidders must provide both brand and generic names with complete specifications.
