Special repair and annual maintenance works including brick railing retaining wall repair road repair bypass improvement and road furniture maintenance on various roads in Hafizabad district - Procurement shall be carried out through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis - Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA portal - Earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated bid cost in the form of CDR is mandatory - Original CDR must be submitted before opening of bids - Bids shall be opened in presence of tender opening committee - Fake documents or CDR submission shall result in blacklisting - Item wise rates and total amounts must be quoted - Performance guarantee of 10 percent in shape of Pay Order Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee is mandatory - No price variation is admissible on special repair works - Procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Ensure item wise pricing and original earnest money documents are submitted before bid opening.
