Description
Procurement of conventional metal and wood tools power and hand tools consumables mini lathe machine counter top conventional machines and laptops for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies projects - Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage two envelope bidding procedure - Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately online on E-PADS - Bid securities are mandatory for each lot - Bids must be signed stamped and complete in accordance with tender documents - Income tax and sales tax registration certificates and supporting documents are mandatory - Late incomplete or manually submitted bids shall not be considered - Bidders are advised to upload bids before the submission deadline - Procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Carefully upload all technical and financial documents separately on E-PADS to ensure compliance.
