Procurement of research and educational laboratory equipment consisting of multiple laboratory items under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 - Only electronic bids shall be accepted through BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System - Eligibility requires two assignments of similar nature worth PKR 3000000 in previous five years turnover of at least PKR 3000000 in three subsequent previous years active taxpayer list presence and sales tax certificate - Joint ventures are not permissible - Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted - Bid security of 2 percent in shape of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory - Firms currently blacklisted by any procuring agency shall be ineligible - Tender documents can be obtained electronically through BPPRA portal - Financial evaluation shall consider bid security compliance.
