Procurement of manufactured vehicles and accessories consisting of multiple vehicle related items under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 - Only electronic bids shall be accepted through BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System - Eligibility requires three assignments of similar nature worth PKR 9000000 in previous five years turnover of at least PKR 7500000 in five subsequent previous years active taxpayer list and sales tax certificate - Joint ventures are not permissible - Firms must upload verified work orders and supporting documents - Delivery period is 15 days and provision of samples is mandatory - Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted - Bid security of 2 percent in shape of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory - Tender documents are available electronically through BPPRA portal.
