Description
Procurement of different types of vehicle tyres for official vehicles under PPRA Rules 2004 through E-bidding process - Procurement is open to well recognized firms and contractors registered with relevant Federal and Provincial tax departments having offices telephone and fax facilities - Single stage single envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted - Only firms registered with PPRA for E-procurement on EPADS system shall be eligible - Firms must be GST and NTN registered and active on Active Taxpayer List - Interested firms must have complete setup in Rawalpindi or Islamabad - E-bids shall include all applicable taxes - Detailed bidding documents containing tyre sizes specifications brands required services and bid format are available on EPADS - Earnest money of PKR 25000 refundable in shape of bank draft is mandatory - Bids shall remain valid up to 30 June 2026 - Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration and upload complete tax registration documents with bid security before submission.
