Pre-qualification and tender invitation for Installation of 11 KVA battery charging points up to 750 V 3500 AMP and 2700 KW input supply 11 KVA at South Wharf ONH JNB Ormara and Construction of outer boundary wall at NB Jiwani - Applications are invited from firms and contractors borne on approved MES list D or other Government departments having relevant experience - Contractors must furnish valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration certificate and bank statement - Contractors not borne on MES approved list must submit proof of registration with concerned department financial standing bank certificate details of staff tools plants and previous experience of works executed during last two years and works in hand duly attested by Class-I Gazetted Officer - Non MES approved contractors or suspended contractors must deposit earnest money equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of FDR or Deposit at Call pledged in favor of CMES Navy COMCOAST - Applications for prequalification must be submitted by 18-05-2026 till 1500 Hours - Tenders shall be submitted by 25-05-2026 till 1130 Hours and opened on same day at 1200 Hours - Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance. Pro Tip: Attach complete financial standing and previous project execution records with PEC registration certificate to qualify for tender issuance.
