Procurement for rehabilitation and repair of road cut from Police Station Haji Pura to PSO Pump Gohad Pur via Church Road Khadim Ali Road Sialkot with estimated cost PKR 14.400 Million and earnest money PKR 0.720 Million - Tenders are invited through PPRA E-Tendering System from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on Punjab PPRA website - Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded free of cost from https:eprocure.gov.pk or obtained in hard form from office of Municipal Officer I and S Branch - Bids prepared according to procurement activity instructions must be submitted through EPADS by 15-05-2026 till 11:00 AM and shall be opened on same day at 12:30 PM in presence of bidder representatives at Municipal Corporation Sialkot - Bidder must upload scanned copy of bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR in favor of Municipal Corporation Sialkot before closing time otherwise bid shall be considered non responsive - Successful bidder shall submit performance guarantee under Clause 56 of PPRA Rules and execute agreement within seven days after issuance of acceptance letter - Fake information or documents including fake CDRs shall result in blacklisting - Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to Government rules - Current PPRA Rules shall apply strictly and procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35. Pro Tip: Submit original CDR before deadline and ensure PEC and EPADS registrations are valid.
