Procurement for Supply Installation Commissioning and Maintenance of Anesthesia Workstation for Hybrid Operating Room Package No. 6 Lot B3 on DDP Basis for Specialized Medical Equipment for Jinnah Institute of Cardiology Lahore under Tender No. HCP/JIC/ME-260414-1/6-B3 - Procurement shall be conducted by Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab under PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date through Single Stage Two Envelope SSTE Open Competitive Bidding method - Estimated cost is PKR 13 Million with bid security PKR 250000 and bid validity 180 days - Subject procurement shall be carried out through EPADS only and all interested applicants must register on EPADS - RFP documents containing detailed requirements terms and conditions are available on Punjab EPADS PPRA and PPRA Punjab websites - Technical and Financial proposals prepared according to RFP instructions must be submitted on EPADS on or before 18-05-2026 by 02:00 PM and Technical Proposal shall be opened on same day at 02:30 PM - Manual bids shall not be accepted - In case of public holiday next working day shall be considered for proposal submission and opening. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration and upload separate technical and financial proposals with complete compliance documents before deadline.
