Procurement for uplifting and beautification activities including infrastructure improvement monuments street lights and green spaces in Northern District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Provincial ADP No. 941/250164 2025-26 and Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative for District Dir Upper ADP No. 1019/251267 2025-26 comprising Installation of Street Lights at Wari Akhagram Jagam and Dhonak Bazar - Construction of Main Entrance Cultural Gate at Akhagram - Construction Rehabilitation Renovation Footpaths Green Belts Side Drain and Tuff Tiles along with Link Roads - PCC Roads at Kotkay VC Kotkay - Culvert at Wan Bazar - Retaining Wall at Kalsho - 3 Nos of Bore Well at Dherai - Borewell at Kakad - Borewell at Umrala Bala and Payeen - Borewell at Shahkanai and Naserabad - Borewell Solarization of Borewell at Sahil Korona - RCC Slab at MPS Shahgram Baba - Irrigation Channel at Karo - Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure - Bidders must be registered with EPADS KPPRA valid PEC KPRA FBR and Inspectorate of Electricity Energy and Power Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa License Category C or E - Hard copies of Technical and Financial Proposals are mandatory for schemes above PKR 2 Million - Pre bid meeting shall be held on 20-05-2026 at 10:00 AM - Bids must be submitted through EPADS by 04-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and Technical Bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM - Bid security as per KPPRA notification in favor of Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development Department Tehsil Wari is mandatory - Procuring entity reserves right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rule 47.
