Procurement of works for Improvement and Extension of Tuff Paver and PC Track for Electric Vehicles in Giraffe Enclosure Safari Zoo Lahore under project titled Experience Development at Captive Facilities in Punjab with estimated cost PKR 10000000 and fixed bid security PKR 200000 - Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure - Electronic bids duly completed and in conformity with bidding documents must be submitted online through EPADS by 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened on same day at 11:30 AM - Bid security is mandatory as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules 2014 - Tender documents are available free of cost on PPRA and EPADS portals - Incomplete unsigned unstamped late or manually submitted bids shall not be considered - Income and Sales Tax registration certificates and all required documents must accompany bids - PMU management reserves right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
