Procurement of Medical Equipment and Accessories comprising total 10 items for Pak Oman Hospital under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure - Tender fee is PKR 1500 and bid security amount is PKR 400000 in shape of Deposit at Call from scheduled bank in favor of undersigned - Eligibility criteria include minimum 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 20000000 in previous 1 year turnover of at least PKR 20000000 in previous 1 year active taxpayer status Sales Tax Certificate SECP or Chamber of Commerce registration ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications Income Tax Returns for last 3 years Professional Tax Certificate Brochure of quoted items originality affidavit on stamp paper of PKR 100 local presence non default certificate from FBR and authorization to quote listed items - Joint ventures are not permissible and blacklisted firms are ineligible - Electronic bids only shall be submitted through supplier dashboard by 18-05-2026 till 09:30 AM and tenders shall be opened same day at 10:30 AM on EPPS System - Complete bidding documents are available at BPPRA website.
