Framework Contract for Procurement of Uniforms and Protective Clothing for Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit Environment Protection and Climate Change Department Punjab with estimated cost of PKR 55 Million and bid security equal to 5 percent amounting to PKR 2750000 - Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS only under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 Rule 38(2)(a) - Joint Venture and Consortium participation is not allowed - Bid validity shall be 90 days - Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 14-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders - Bid security in shape of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of Project Director Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit is mandatory and hard copy of financial instrument must also be submitted - Contractors suppliers shall supply uniforms and protective clothing as and when required during financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27.
