Description
Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor for Construction of Convention Center Lahore issued by Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab established under the Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab Act 2016 invites applications for pre-qualification through EPADS for construction of buildings and infrastructure development including deployment of all necessary Material Labor Formwork Tools and Machinery. Applicable Rules: PPRA Rules 2014 amended up to date. Estimated Cost: Approximately PKR 4,870 Million. Covered Area: Approximately 248,424 SFT. Required PEC Category: C-A. Subject procurement shall be carried out through EPADS of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority only. All interested applicants are required to register on EPADS to participate. PQ Document and PQ Notice containing detailed requirements terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and PPRA website http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The PQ Proposal prepared following the instructions in the Pre-Qualification document must be submitted on EPADS on or before 04-06-2026 no later than 03:00 PM. Prequalification Proposals will be opened on the same day on EPADS at 03:30 PM. Manual proposals shall not be accepted. In case the last date for submission is declared a public holiday then the next working day shall be considered for submission and opening.
