Procurement of annual online international subscription services and software access for various international pricing databases and websites including S&P Global Food and Agriculture Commodities - S&P Global Platts Polymer Scan Basic Service - ICIS chemicals databases for MEG DEG Glycerine Acetic Acid 2-Ethyl Hexanol Methanol Phthalic Anhydride DOP LPG Base Oils Crude Oils and Petroleum Products - Fast Market Metal Bulletin - Yarn and Fiber Database - Gas and Energy Australia Saudi - RISI Pulp and Paper - Argus chemicals databases - Tridge agriculture and food database and Shanghai Metal database for iron and steel. Services must provide 24/7 online access daily price updates historical data market analysis printable reports dashboards technical support and training for financial year 2026-27. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS using technical and financial proposals. Bid security equal to 5% of quoted value in form of pay order or demand draft is mandatory.
