Construction Of Regional Offices Building At Sukkur Tender Notice
Description
Construction of Regional Offices of M&E Cell Sukkur main building under ADP scheme through SPPRA E-PADS using single stage two envelope procurement procedure. The work includes complete construction activities for the regional office building with estimated cost of Rs. 57.180 million and completion period of 36 months. Interested contractors companies suppliers and pre-qualified firms must possess Pakistan Engineering Council registration renewal for 2025-26 relevant technical staff machinery ownership proof audited financial reports bank credit worthiness certificates NTN registration tax returns and Sindh Revenue Board registration. Bid security equal to 5% earnest money in shape of call deposit is mandatory along with affidavits regarding non-blacklisting non-litigation and correctness of submitted information. Electronic bids shall be submitted through SPPRA E-PADS portal. In case of un-responded tenders revised opening schedule shall apply.
