Double Decker Diesel Buses Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 50 double decker diesel buses under ADP schemes through EPADS system using single stage two envelope international competitive bidding procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010. Procurement includes supply of 11 buses under ADP Scheme 2987 and 39 buses under ADP Scheme 3012. Interested reputed local and foreign manufacturers or their authorized local partners agents or representatives are invited to participate. Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue and relevant tax authorities as active taxpayers. Foreign entities must provide tax certification verified by Pakistan Consulate of their country. Only technically qualified bidders financial proposals will be opened while non-qualified financial proposals will be returned unopened. Bid security of lump sum PKR 50 million and non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5000 are mandatory through pay order in favour of Sindh Mass Transit Authority. Tender documents can be obtained through written request and EPADS portal. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 14-05-2026 at 12:00 PM and queries must be submitted through email before 14-05-2026 at 10:00 AM.
