Hospital Janitorial Services Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for ground floor of hospital building at Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex through national competitive bidding under single stage two envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Procurement includes provision of janitorial cleaning and sanitation services for hospital facilities. Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and KP Revenue Authority and appear on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid solicitation documents evaluation criteria and terms conditions are available through EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 15-05-2026 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room of Administration Block. Bidders are required to submit original bid security amounting to Rupees One Million in form of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Banker's Cheque in the name of Hospital Director MTI-MMC Mardan along with affidavit confirming inclusion in financial bid. Electronic bids with mandatory documents must be uploaded on EPADS only while submissions through hand post courier email or fax shall not be accepted.
